whats your favourite tv advert of 2007? and most annoying?
Best
1. I loved the comfort advert – let me see u do the move
2. Vauxhall corsa
3. norwich union insurance showing different calamities
4. skoda with the car made from cake (very clever)
worst
1. Spam up – so cheesy
2. U gotta switch
3. Sheilas wheels (although catchy)
4. Any safestyle uk advert (please BOGOF)
the best is for Haribo sweets…parents are fighting over a bag of sweets at the airport…& the kids say ‘calm down you two or someone’s gonna get hurt’!! – so funny!
I mean, from a business perspective. Say for instance I purchase a policy from Norwich Union, what happens on their side of things?
- Do they pass on the risk of the policy to a third party for commission?
- If not, is this how smaller companies do it?
Could someone please give me a basic breakdown of the processes that occur in purchasing a policy online through to the point where I make a claim?
Thanks very much.
Usually they retain the first million dollars of coverage, then re-insure the rest. From YOUR point of view, everything gets handled through them. You make your claim to them, you get your payment from them. Any reinsurance is THEIR problem, and their claim to collect.
